Summary: |

The current edition (2009) of the Stormwater Quality Manual requires updating to more adequately address the city of Rapid City’s stormwater quality issues. Many of the Best Management Practices (BMP) Figures included in Chapter 2 of the current Stormwater Quality Manual were adopted from other communities and are not applicable to the Rapid City area. The design consultant will evaluate BMP Figures 2.1 through 2.27and make recommendations and revisions to the figures.
