The resolution is to allow the hiring a contractor to grind yard waste. The yard waste grinder at the landfill is broken down and yard waste continues to come in at a rapid pace. The grinder will be fixed, but the landfill can’t have the yard waste piling up for fear of combustion and the fact that they were barely keeping up with grinding before the equipment failure. |
