Summary:

The applicant has submitted a request to rezone approximately 7.8 acres of unplatted property from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District.  The General Agriculture District has been serving as a holding zone until development of the property is proposed.  The property is located in a developing residential neighborhood.  The rezoning request is in compliance with the City’s adopted Future Land Use Plan.
