Inadequate location and/or sizing of existing stormwater drainage facilities are causing localized flooding and damage to streets. This contract exceeds the $25,000.00 maximum amount for an Informal Contract. Prior to finalizing the informal contract with the consultant, the Michigan Ave. Concrete Channel Repair project was identified as a high priority project. The location and type of the project was similar to the other proposed projects so the project was added to this contract. The design of the additional project caused the contract amount to exceed the $25,000.00 maximum amount for an Informal Contract. |
