The South Dakota Department of Transportation is requesting a Highway Use Deed from the City of Rapid City located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of 12th Street and Highway 44 (W. Omaha Street) for SDDOT Project NH 0044(186)44, PCN 04T6, 12th Street and Highway 44. The SDDOT has provided an offer of $510.00 for the dedication of this highway use deed. The City must provide the SDDOT with a completed W-9 form if compensation is accepted. The purpose of this project is to reconstruct curb & gutter, sidewalk, signals pavement markings and permanent signing. |
