Report on Civic Center cost estimate and Financing options
Summary:
The cost estimates for the Civic Center are expected to be available sometime in the Summer of 2014. A working group has been formed to explore the options relating to the financing of either the Americans with Disabilities Act and other code compliance fixes or an expansion at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. This group will explore all options, and will bring all of the options they have explored along with the pros and cons of each option to the City Council sometime after the cost estimates.
