Summary:
The applicant is requesting authorization to prepare an H Lot, to authorize acceptance of the deed and to allow temporary access across City property. The property owner has met with staff to discuss relocating a portion of the Kraemer Ditch to the proposed H Lot area in order to create a larger building area on their lot and to secure public access to Kraemer Ditch. The property owner is also proposing to deed the H Lot to the City. Temporary access across the adjacent City property is being requested in order to complete the grading required to relocate Kraemer Ditch as proposed.
