Summary:
Staff solicited proposals for the Food and Beverage Concession at Meadowbrook Golf Course; three proposals were submitted. Each of the groups was interviewed by a selection team consisting of staff, Meadowbrook Golf Association representatives and Parks and Rec Advisory Board members. It is the recommendation of the selection team and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board that the Concession Agreement with Platinum Restaurant Group, Inc. be approved.
