Summary:

The applicant has submitted a request to Rezone approximately 8.30 acres of property from General Agriculture District to Light Industrial District.  The property is comprised of two undeveloped lots.  Property is the vicinity is zoned a mix of General Commercial District and Light Industrial District.  The area continues to develop with a mix of commercial and industrial uses.   This item was continued from the February 20, 2014 Planning Commission meeting to allow revised notification letters to be sent to surrounding property owners.
