Approve Acceptance of Water Main Infrastructure for the Sunset Vista Water Main Improvements Project, DEV 13-1118.
Summary:
Request for City acceptance of eight and sixteen inch water main infrastructure improvements within portions of Sunset Vista Rd and Apache Peak Ln, located east of Sheridan Lake Road. Completed improvements do not include any street, sanitary sewer or drainage improvements. Water main improvements are installed in dedicated street right-of-way.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
Water Expansion (Enterprise) – water main improvements include a $16,268.62 oversize reimbursement from the City for upsizing app. 140 linear feet of the required 8” main to 16” main in Sunset Vista Road.
