Request Authorization to Seek Proposals for Professional Services for the Well No.13 (Red Rock) Well House; Project No. 13-2124; CIP No. 50805.
Summary:
Well No. 13 was purchased from the Red Rock Development, LLC in 2009. To date the well has been used for irrigation at Red Rock Development with no capability to direct the water to the City’s water distribution system. The City proposes to construct a well house and associated piping and controls that will allow the water to be directed to Red Rock Development and/or the City’s water distribution system.

Water Expansion Capital Improvements Fund (602/934); Total Project Design and Construction Budget $605,000.00
