Summary:

The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application to create a 0.24 acre lot leaving a non-transferable balance.  The lot is to be known as Lot 20, Block 1, Gemstone Subdivision.  On October 21, 2013, the City Council granted an Exception (#13EX225) to waive the requirement to design and build the balance of Sandra Lane to the east boundary of the Lazy P-6 property with the stipulation that the applicant sign a waiver of right to protest any future assessment for the improvements.
