This ordinance changes the organization of the Public Works Department to move stormwater drainage facility operations and maintenance duties from the Streets Division to the Water Reclamation Division. This change is needed to accomplish a small reorganization of the department to carry out the functions of the newly adopted stormwater drainage utility and accompanying addition of FTEs. |
