|
The City and Office of History signed a Memorandum of Joint Powers Agreement in 2007, and an Addendum extending the agreement date to December 31, 2013, allowing the Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission’s review of building permits pursuant to SDCL 1-19A-11.1. The City is awaiting a Legal Opinion from the State clarifying the City’s Historic Preservation Commission process. Addendum #2 extends the current agreement and previous addendum to December 31, 2014. |
