Summary:

The Rapid City Area MPO is seeking
to gain an understanding of the priorities and needs for long-term
transportation planning by looking at the attitudes and issues regarding
transportation. The Rapid City Area Long-Range Transportation Research Study will
include a citizen, employer and underserved populations (transit users)
survey, stakeholder interviews, and focus group sessions. The research study
information will be used to determine the goals and objectives of the Rapid
City Area Long-Range Transportation Plan.
