Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Perpetual Conservation Easement Agreement Between the City of Rapid City and the Rapid City Area School District #51-4 for Property Located Near Parkview Drive and Enchanted Pines Drive for the Parkview Softball Complex.
Summary:
Construction of the ASA Softball – Parkview Addition requires the replacement of wetlands in accordance with U.S. Army Corp of Engineers environmental regulations and Perpetual Conservation Easement Agreements for the preservation and maintenance of these replacement wetlands.  These wetlands are located on School District Property west and adjacent to the proposed detention facility included in this project.
