Summary:
An agreement to allow shared parking and access on two adjacent lots has been submitted in association with a Final Planned Development to allow an on-sale liquor establishment in conjunction with a water park and hotel complex.  A stipulation of approval of the Final Planned Development states that prior to issuance of a building permit, a parking and access agreement which includes the City as a party to the agreement must be secured.  The agreement is required in order to ensure that sufficient parking is provided for the proposed water park and hotel complex to be located on one of the properties.
