Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Dakota Plains Legal Services.
CDBG funds will be used for Dakota Plains Legal Services to support direct legal assistance including services for homeless, the elderly, and Rapid City residents who meet income guidelines and/or offer legal community education.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
