FY2013 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Youth & Family Services Kitchen HVAC (YFS)
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Youth & Family Services Kitchen HVAC. CDBG funds will be used for YFS Kitchen to purchas and install additional condensing unit, duct work and wiring/electrical to augment the AC system that serves the YFS kitchen facility. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.

FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
