Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Working Against Violence, Inc. (WAVI).
CDBG funds will be used by WAVI to supplement adovcate/case managers salaries and/or operations costs-utilities and/or print 1,000 Survivors Handbooks for clients and the community.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
