Sanitary Sewer Extension – Source Water Protection and West Main Street Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project. |

The proposed agreement allows property owners on S. Berry Pine Rd to connect to newly installed sanitary sewer mains prior to the completion of the construction fee resolution. Property owners agree to pay up to $7,500.00, when invoiced, which is the current monetary cap to connect to sanitary sewer located in a Source Water Protection project. |

This agreement affects the 0834-4380 Sanitary Sewer revolving fund. Project costs paid by this fund are recuperated at the time a homeowner connects to City sanitary sewer. |
