Final Approval of the HUD 2013-2017 Consolidated  Plan and FY2013 Annual Action Plan
Summary:
HUD requires the City to submit a new Five Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2013-2017 and our Annual Action Plan for FY 2013.  Community Development is requesting Council’s final approval of these two plans. Please note, the City has not received formal notification of our FY 2013 Entitlement as yet, but we have received notice from Leroy Brown, Director of HUD’s Denver Community Planning and Development Division that the FY2013 funding will be $466,188 after application of the sequestration 5% cut. No comments were received during the 30 day public comment period.
