This agreement allows the DOT to negotiate easement acquisition for the utilities being constructed by the City on the project. The project is a joint project between the SDDOT and the City of Rapid City and has federal aid requirements for property acquisition. This agreement also authorizes the Public Works Director to sign the agreements on behalf of the City. This is for City Project No. 10-1837 / CIP No 50177. |
