Resolution No. 2013-052 Adopt Material Modifications No.1 to the City of Rapid City Medical and Dental Plans
Summary:
The City of Rapid City Healthcare Committee is recommending approval of the Material Modifications made to the City of Rapid City Medical and Dental Plans.  Specifically, the two key changes are: removal of age limits from Mammogram benefit coverage and transfer of COBRA administration from City of Rapid City to First Administrators.  Also included are two minor language updates/clarifications (not resulting in any changes to the plan) regarding General Information and Plan Specifications.
