This ordinance will give the Airport Board the power to declare items of personal property surplus. Currently, the Council must pass a resolution declaring property surplus before the Airport Board may sell or trade the property. The ordinance requires that the Board follow all state law, city ordinance and city policy, and it requires notice to the Finance Office. |
