Summary:
The waiver of right to protest (WORP) is associated with a Preliminary Plat application (City File #13PL006) to split single residential lot into two residential lots. Staff has approved an exception request (City File #13EX007 & 13EX055) not to construct curb, gutter, additional pavement and street light conduit, contingent upon the owner signing a WORP for the improvements.
