Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign an Agreement between the City of Rapid City and HDR Engineering, Inc. for Design, Bidding and Construction Phase Professional Services for Water Reclamation Facility Interim Trickling Filter Pump Station Improvements, Project No. 13-2105/CIP No. 50966, in the amount of $59,446.00

Summary:

Interim improvements to the WRF Trickling Filter Pump Station which include purchase of a spare/standby pump and replacement of discharge piping that has reached the end of its useful life. Improvements are intended to increase the operational reliability of the pump station until more permanent improvements can be made.
