Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Amended Contract for Construction of Public Improvements through Private Developer, Tax Increment District Number Sixty-Nine, between City and North Street Fire Station, LLC
Summary:
This Amended Developers Agreement follows the Second Revised Project Plan for TIF 69 approved by Council earlier this year.  This Agreement must be executed in order to permit Developer North Street Fire Station, LLC to bid for the remainder of the improvements prior to expiration of the TIF and be reimbursed for such improvements.
