A request by Renner & Associates, LLC for Bob Akers to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, water and sewer along First Street and to waive the requirement to install additional pavement, street light conduit, sewer and water along East Boulevard as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code for proposed Lots 1 and 2 of Tract 5 Revised of Signal Heights Addition, legally described as Tract 5 Revised of Signal Heights Addition and a portion of vacated South Street located in Section 1, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of the intersection of East Boulevard and Kellogg Place.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the City Council acknowledge the applicant's withdrawal of the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, water and sewer along First Street and to waive the requirement to install additional pavement, street light conduit, sewer and water along East Boulevard as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.
