LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Mayor and Finance Officer be authorized to sign the contract between Nore Winter/Winter & Company and City of Rapid City for the Design Guidelines for the West Boulevard Historic District Project – Phase II for the Historic Preservation Commission in an amount not to exceed $12,000.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign the contract between Nore Winter/Winter & Company and City of Rapid City for the Design Guidelines for the West Boulevard Historic District Project – Phase II for the Historic Preservation Commission in an amount not to exceed $12,000.
