A request by Sperlich Consulting, Inc. for Walgar Development Corporation to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to dedicate additional right-of-way along Minnesota Street for proposed Lot 2 of Block 2 of Minnesota Park Subdivision, legally described as the N1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 13 and a portion of Tract B of Robbinsdale Addition No. 10, located in N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 13, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the southwest corner of the intersection of East Minnesota Street and Wisconsin Avenue.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to dedicate additional right-of-way along East Minnesota Street be approved.
