LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission's request to authorize the Mayor and Finance Office to sign Amendment #2 to State of South Dakota Historical Preservation Allocation Award between State Historical Preservation Office, Office of History and Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission Project SD-10-016 changing the completion date from May 31, 2011 to July 31, 2011.
