LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The Legal and Finance Committee recommends that staff be requested to draft the appropriate legal documents to remove a portion of THF Realty’s proposed WalMart property from the Agreement Waiving Right to Protest and bring those changes back to the City Council for review and approval. |
