A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for Ordinance No. 5635 to Revise the Density Requirement in the Canyon Lake Overlay District by Amending Chapter 17.60.060 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of Ordinance No. 5635 to Revise the Density Requirement in the Canyon Lake Overlay District by Amending Chapter 17.60.060 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ordinance Amendment to revise the density requirements in the Canyon Lake Overlay District and the Fifth Street Overlay District by amending Chapter 17.60.060 and Chapter 17.62.060 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Braun, Christianson, Gregg, Kinniburgh, Landguth, Marchand, Popp, Rippentrop, Rolinger and Wyss voting yes and none voting no)
