Request to waive requirement to install sidewalk per City Ordinance 12.16.080, located at 1876 Lombardy Drive legally described as Lot 9 of Block 1 of Lombardy Industrial Park, located in Section 8, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Public Works Committee recommended that the request to waive the requirement to install sidewalk be approved with the following stipulation;

The applicant shall sign a waiver of right to protest any future assessment for the improvement.
