STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District be continued to the June 28, 2010 Special City Council meeting to allow the request to be considered in conjunction with the associated Comprehensive Plan Amendment and the Initial Planned Commercial Development.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District be approved in conjunction with the associated Comprehensive Plan Amendment and the Initial Planned Commercial Development.
