A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from General Commercial to Low Density Residential of the east 88 feet of Lot D of the NE1/4 NW1/4 less Lot H1 and Lot 6 of Wood Subdivision, Section 9, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located adjacent to the west side of Elk Vale Road and north of School Drive.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation from General Commercial to Low Density Residential be approved.
