A request by Larry Nelson to consider an application for an Amendment to the Adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential of all of Block 11 of Mahoney Addition, Section 25, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 229 Lindbergh Avenue.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the adopted Comprehensive Plan to change the future land use designation from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential be approved.
