LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended authorizing the Mayor and the Finance Officer to sign the 2010 Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Meade County for transportation planning assistance within the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Study Area in the amount of $100,000.
