PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from No Use District to Low Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

VOTE: (7 to 0 to 1 with Braun, Brown, Collins, Gregg, Landguth, Scull and Zephier voting yes, none voting no and with Kinniburgh abstaining)
