LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended authorizing the Mayor and the Finance Officer to sign the Amendment to the 2009 Unified Planning Work Program to transfer a total of $14,500 of Federal funds from Capital Resources and Personnel Services to Professional Service/Consultant Services.
