The Legal and Finance Committee recommended approval of the request to authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a no cost, time extension with Ferber Engineering Company, Inc. to January 31, 2010 for the Sheridan Lake Road/Downtown/Skyline Drive Future Land Use Plans Contract. (No cost, time extension only)
