PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION :
The Public Works Committee forwarded the request for authorization for Mayor and Finance Officer to sign agreement transferring Tower Road from South Dakota Department of Transportation to the City of Rapid City to Council without recommendation.
