A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Flood Hazard District on Lots 5 thru 6 of Block 1 of Jackson Park Subdivision, Section 8, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 2917 Chapel Lane.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from Low Density Residential District to Flood Hazard District be continued to the December 15, 2008 City Council meeting to allow the completion of the notification of public hearing required as a result of the weather-related cancellation of the Planning Commission meeting of November 6, 2008.
