STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Rezoning from General Agriculture District to Low Density Residential District be continued to the December 15, 2008 City Council meeting to allow the completion of the notification of public hearing required as a result of the weather-related cancellation of the Planning Commission meeting of November 6, 2008.
