LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Commercial Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending Section 17.50.100 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.
