A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Residential Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending section 17.50.080 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Residential Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending Section 17.50.080 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

 

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Residential Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending Section 17.50.080 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.
