LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Project Plan for the Brookfield Tax Increment District be sent to City Council without recommendation.

TAX INCREMENT FINANCING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Tax Increment Financing Committee recommended approval of the Project Plan for the Brookfield Tax Increment District with the proposed boundaries and project costs with the stipulation that a minimum of eight lots in this phase of the development be used for affordable housing through an affordable housing entity.

CITY COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION:
City Council recommended that the Brookfield Tax Increment District Project Plan be referred back to the Tax Increment Committee.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Brookfield Tax Increment District Project Plan be approved. (Non-consent - Vote 3-2)

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended
that the Brookfield Tax Increment District Project Plan be approved.

VOTE: (9 to 0 to 1 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Derby, Gregg, Landguth, Scull, Rolinger and Waltman voting yes and none voting no and Collins abstaining)
