Highway 44, west of Reservoir Road and east of Elks Meadows.

LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Tax Increment District Project Plan be approved with revisions.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Tax Increment District Project Plan be approved without the inclusion of the 8 inch Water Main Costs of $250,364 and $283,307.
