A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Special Exception to allow Ten Light Poles in the Hydraulic Floodway on Tract 27 of Rapid City Greenway Tracts, Section 31, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at 125 Waterloo Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Special Exception to allow Ten Light Poles in the Hydraulic Floodway be continued to the February 4, 2008 City Council meeting to allow the applicant to submit additional information.

VOTE: (10 to 0 with Anderson, Brewer, Brown, Collins, Derby, Gregg, Landguth, LeMay, Scull and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
